Company time and property are to be used for the generation of income to the company.
All employees are responsible for reporting any known case of the personal use of company time or property
Responsibility :
Personal use of company time or forcing another employee to use company time for personal use is prohibited by company policy and subjects the employee to disciplinary action. The direct manager of the employee causing such an event shall be equally disciplined. If the employee instructed to use company time in the pursuit of another employee´s personal interests was unable to refuse the request, and such inability is proven, the employee will not be subject to disciplinary action.
Penalty :
The discipline level for violation of company policy regarding personal use of company time will be based upon the degree of severity.
