Regulation Indication System

What is Regulation Indication System?

If business is carried out according to a standard rule, all employees are expected to specify in relative document which standard rule was followed.

Purpose

  • To increase awareness of standard rule by all employees
  • To prevent employees from arbitrarily carrying out business
  • To prevent error and risk beforehand
  • To induce standardization and internal control system
  • To establish Self Regulation System
  • To contribute to building trust and transparent management

Types of Regulations

International Law Laws of countries in which the company conducts business
Domestic Law Laws, ordinances, regulations adopted by the Republic of Korea
Agreement Agreements between HSI and other companies.
Company Policy Polices adopted, states, and enforced by the Company.
Executive Body or BOD Instructions Decision from Shareholder's meeting Board resolutions or shareholder agreements
Company regulation Administrative and technical standards and procedures adopted by the company.
Business Guideline
Internal Agreement		 Agreements between the company and employees such as the company manual, guideline, and procedures.
