The Position:
This position will support HSA president and the member of the executive team

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain Executive¡¯s calendar, coordinate and arrange meetings and catering needs.
  • Prepare materials and meeting rooms as necessary for meetings.
  • Prepare memoranda, correspondence, and letters from drafts. Proof read.
  • Prepare /summarize information from raw data using Excel and Power Point.
  • Respond to inquiries received internally and externally by mail or e-mail.
  • Perform administrative functions such as ordering department supplies.
  • Travel arrangements.
  • Communication with HQ in Korea
Qualifications:
  • Must have at least 5 years of executive assistant experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean.
  • Must have pride in his/her work.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Show flexibility and high level of efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ability to work closely with all different levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel and other software.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work and multitask.
  • Good problem solving skill using sound judgment.
  • BA/BS from accredited university preferred.

Primary Responsibilities:
As a technical marketing manager in DRAM Enabling Team, candidate will use technical and business background to identify new customers and applications in the consumer application segment, including telecom (¡°network¡±) customers. Identify future memory applications through development of new customers. Support enabling of mobile and CIS products.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must have BS in Electrical Engineering or Electronics. MBA is a plus.
  • Must have 5+ years experience of marketing or applications engineering experience in Memory (DRAM) industry and a proven record of accomplishments in new product development and design wins.
  • Ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current and emerging DRAM trends in consumer applications such as Networking Switch/Routers, Printers, STB, DSC, HDD, ODD, etc.
  • Skills in identifying and qualifying Hynix products in consumer platforms and third party controller reference designs very essential.
  • Candidate must demonstrate business acumen in addition to understanding the technical aspects of the products.
  • Strong understanding of Consumer applications and emerging architectures for mobile platforms very desirable.
  • Candidate must contribute regularly to applications focused reports and provide market intelligence to help in formulating corporate strategies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Position involves about 25% domestic and international travel.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Direct interaction with customers
  • Order management from entering the order in SAP to final shipment.
  • Work closely with Sales Account Managers, Operations, Accounting, and Logistics.
  • Initiate customer price/delivery quotes with sales managers
  • Secure customer data to open new accounts or to increase credit limits
  • Manage RMA
  • Liaison between customers and Operations
  • Maintain open line of communication with customers to ensure product requirements are met in a timely manner
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, AA degree preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years Inside Sales/Customer Service experience in semiconductor industry
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP system
  • Excellent analytical abilities and must be detail oriented.
  • Proficient with MS Office is required
  • Proven ability to contribute in a cooperative and productive manner
  • Good communication skills are required.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize is necessary to be successful in our dynamic environment.

  • Analyze and respond to weekly forecasts.
  • Follow up on customer requests (schedules, RFQ responses, business negotiation).
  • Visit Apple procurement and engineering teams as required to develop understanding of Apple's biz and communicate to Hynix team.
  • Coordinate with Korea HQ and facilitate scheduling data to the relevant Apple teams.
Qualifications:
  • A BSEE or Computer Science degree strongly preferred with minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor sales, especially in memory sales and marketing.
  • Account management experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Specifications:
This entry level position is responsible scheduling and coordinating of products through the complete logistical cycle (from factory to customers).
  • Will schedule and coordinate products through the complete logistical cycle (from factory to customers).
  • Will coordinate with corporate headquarters to ensure materials are provided according to schedules.
  • Will provide input to management, marketing and sales on current product support from HQ, backlog issues, and other potential schedule issues.
  • Data consolidation and Analysis.
  • Deliver order creation, RMA, sample distribution, Sales analysis.
  • Report regeneration.
  • Commission Calculation.
  • Effectively communicate with Technical marketing and Sales to resolve open issues in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Must be able to function and support tactical operations independently during manager's absences.
  • Daily contact with the headquarters in Korea.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2+ years of planner/ scheduler experience in semiconductor industry
  • Experience with SAP system preferred
  • Excellent analytical abilities
  • At least intermediate level of MS Office is required: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

  • Good communication skills are required.
