Hynix has a full line-up of DRAM to meet the needs of a wide range of consumer applications. Hynix offers a family of SDRAM in 64Mb~256Mb, DDR in 64Mb~512Mb and DDR2 in 256Mb~1Gb densities, packaged in TSOP-II & FBGA offered in commercial and industrial range temperatures and featuring very low power consumption.
Per JEDEC specification industrial grade product guarantees performance between -40¡É and 80¡É. To meet this standard, Hynix performs stringent hot and cold tests to ensure that all timing parameters for IT grade are met. IT grade products are widely used in automotive, industrial and handheld applications exposed to extreme temperatures.
